Website", dedicated to
creating an open forum for residents of the Round Hill Estates North Property
Owners Association (RHENPOA) and to providing useful
and interesting information about your neighborhood. The site offers several areas
to explore:
The annual Homeowner's meeting is going to be held on
October 23, 2007 at 7:15pm at the Round Hill Country Club. Meet you
neighbors and have refreshments and hear what the Board has been up to over the
last year and what our plans are for the next year. In addition, we are
planning on having a speaker from the movement to incorporate Alamo in to a town
- see their information in their site just below.
There is a movement to incorporate the town of Alamo, which has kicked
off a petition on Sep. 5 to the County to put the issue to a vote. Please
visit their website www.alamoinc.org to
learn more about the issue.
Our Management company has assigned
a new manager for our association - Valorie Lambert. See the
"General Homeowner Information" page for her new contact details.
A RHEN homeowner
has established an email chat list limited to the homeowners of RHEN.
This list is private and will not cause you to have increased spam. To
join please email
rhenorg-subscribe@yahoogroups.com with subscribe in the subject
line and your Name and Street Address in the body of the message.
Please use this option to communicate with fellow homeowners on issues, news,
recommendations, complaints, etc. This chat room takes the place of the
discontinued "Discussion Forum" that had to be closed due to spam postings.

other info you may find valuable including: Policies, procedures, architectural guidelines, committee reports, Board
policy letters, reserve study, maintenance plan, map of the Association, and

Newsletters - Here's
where we hope to file quarterly newsletters. After many failed attempts in
the past to keep homeowners informed via a newsletter, we will try to keep this
going longer. We intend to have these newsletters distributed in the
quarterly dues mailings as well.
Landscaping - We'll post
articles of interest to RHEN residents to control pests and improve their
landscape success with concentration on our environmental limitations.
Property Value Improvement - Here's
a place to view posting from the PVI Committee about possible improvements in
and around your association.
