An option that is not discussed is reviving the existing landscape plants. Destroying well established plants that appear to be suffering from neglect does not appear to be wise. Please discuss why the existing vegetation cannot be revived with some appropriate watering and fertilizing maintenance program.
All three options presented show a gazebo. This is a totally inappropriate "Landscape Feature" in this environment. John L. Walkinshaw Lot 89
