Carole and I commend the board for crafting a list of improvements for our properties. Our recommendations in priority order are 1,6,3,7. 2&5 shouldn't be funded. The formal treatment for #1 is our preference, but eliminate the paths & the gazebo. Look around Round Hill and you'll see gazebo's that are "white elephants". We don't need new structures, that will require more maintenance. The paths will detract from the appearance. We vote NO on the special assessment
