We are new here to RHEN and like Sharon, appreciate the natural look of the common areas. What a shame to consider landscaping areas for the deer to destroy when they are fine as they are. I am concerned that something a realtor says will improve our property values would even be considered. I do not agree that doing this improvement (if you can call it that) will increase values at all.
